The logo needed to be bright, attractive to a younger audience but also instantly recognisable as part of the church brand as a whole. The name Hope Kids had already been chosen and our development work focused on this.  Taking the! and font from the main church concept and the paint splatter from Remix,  the final design is an eye catching combination of the two previous ideas.  The logo was produced in two colour combinations, to maximise usage.  It was developed into stationary, display banners and web material.

Following recent accreditations, acquisition of charitable status and a number of new ventures, Manchester based charity, Street Soccer approached Freckle to assist with the design of a new logo for the launch of their football academy. With an existing colour scheme in place the logo needed to be used for player’s kit but also be suitable for more formal settings such as stationary, funding applications and promotional items.

With this in mind we decided to develop a dual logo, with the same theme.  Using stick style characters to represent footballers the design clearly depicts the purpose of the organisation but without the obvious use of a human character or football symbol.  This was especially important for the organisation as the logo would be used within education settings as well as within a football environment. On completion the iconic figures were used as a standalone design but also within a more traditional team badge format.  Easily adaptable, elements of the design could also be broken down to use with the organisations key taglines and event promotions.

Using colour schemes, styling and fonts developed by ourselves, during the creation of the company logo the finished leaflets are striking, whilst containing all the required detail. The finished designs were created for both print and online reproduction.
