Leaflet Design – The Pillowman – Manchester

The Pillowman is the latest production of our thespian chum Keith Reid and this time he’s not only acting but taking on the whole project as part of production company The White Circle. To assist with the production we felt that it was probably best not to take to the stage ourselves but to play to our design strengths. As a result we put together a range of contemporary logos, posters and flyers to assist with the promotion of the production. The play itself is a beautifully dark and aggressive dichotomy of art, freedom and storytelling which we reflected in the designs. The resultant posters and flyers not only display the main details of the production but using elements of the plot itself leave the potential audience with the element of intrigue essential for all great productions.
