Corporate Brochure – Sunshine Coast Investments – East Lancashire

Job Description
As an established property development company in Europe this East Lancashire based company were looking to profile a new Bulgarian project in a sales brochure for prospective purchasers. Having already produced architect images of the properties our brief was to produce a document that outlined the local region and the site itself in a way that reflected the high specification of the properties themselves. Using the established gold corporate logo we added a cream and blue theme to reflect the location of the site, ‘Golden Sands’. The brochure itself was produced with a 250gsm cover with slightly lighter inner pages to keep quality high. Internally each property was laid out in a similar style with costing and dimension details clearly shown but without reducing the impact of the architects work. Using locally sourced images the resultant brochure provided a perfect introduction to region and offered potential purchasers an excellent overview of the properties available on the Sunshine Coast site
