Job Description
As a new franchise in the UK it was important for Gloria Jean’s Coffees to provide information for potential store owners. Acquiring the majority of contact details via email Freckle proposed to produce this document as a downloadable item for interested parties. Not only did this work with the contacts Gloria Jean’s had received but allowed for the large amount of information to be presented at a fraction of the cost of a printed brochure. As text content was heavy the online approach allowed us to include more images than would have been available due to cost restrictions of a printed item. Following the corporate guidelines provided by the head franchise, based in Australia, the resultant brochure introduced the Gloria Jean’s brand effectively to the UK. Using UK images allowed us to add the required British element to the document. The finished brochure was so well received by the Gloria Jean’s team that it became the template for further corporate information documents. The brochure was sent to Australia and received equally strong reviews from the master franchise representatives.
