Website Design – Kings Church – Greater Manchester

Job Description
This website required us to work closely with the design team at Kings to create an online presence that reflected the ethos of this forward thinking church. With a number of designs already in place we developed ideas previously created for use in other media in order to make them suitable for online viewing. Alongside site design we spent time with the communications team at Kings to assist with site content, page layout and navigation.
Representing a cross section of the church, whilst providing appropriate information the site style is content suitable and graphically appealing. Containing a large amount of copy it was important to balance logos, images and text on each page. Navigation is uncluttered and allows visitors access to specific departments as quickly as possible. Using a banner at the top of the static site adds an additional dimension for promotion of specific events.
What the Client Said
We presented Freckle with a few ideas, a selection of images and some rough content. The time they spent with us discussing all elements of the site and how it can be developed for the future was very useful. It was also unexpected. The finished site exceeded all our expectations. Comments from people have been really positive.
